Old Kapunda Distillery

Description

The Old Kapunda Distillery produces a range of high quality fortified wines, made and matured in small, mainly French oak wine barrels.  Varieties range from the 1998 Barossa Yellow Diamond, Sweet Dessert Palomino to Liqueur Muscat, Palomino White Port, Select Port, Ruby Port and Pineau.

Old Kapunda Distillery's unique wine making technique sees all wines fermented and fortified 'on-skins' which are drained and basket pressed and fermented in a Ducellier-Isman pattern fermenter.  All bottling happens on site.
