Description

This particular trail gives visitors a glimpse into Kapunda's very early days and the pioneering lifestyle of our Colonial settlers. It entertains fact, mystery and legend. At one time Kapunda was the largest populated town outside of Adelaide and it thrived into a place with a rich and interesting history. The more you see and do here, the more you'll come to realize that this is the case. Many visitors to Kapunda have family ties to this area and come in search of their ancestral history. Glimpse's locates a few of the sites that were once significant to the vibrancy of this town, albeit, many are now ruins or almost obscured.
