THE HEYSON TRAIL

Description

On his favourite subject Sir Hans Heysen, artist, once stated - "There is something immensely exhilarating when tall white gums tower in the blue heavens - the subtle quality of the edges where they meet the sky - how mysterious".   Re-trace his footsteps on this picturesque and scenic walking route travelled by Hans Heysen, as he meandered through the region to the picturesque Flinders Ranges, re-creating on canvas the beauty he saw and loved so much.
